Do your products have any kind of warranty?

Yes. Every item we make is fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship for the life of the product. Alder Ranch will repair or replace (at our option) any product that has been proven defective to the original owner. Our guarantee applies when the product has been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. Repairs necessitated by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or use, negligence, or natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use, are not covered under our guarantee. Any repairs, modifications and alterations done by someone other than Alder Ranch will void the guarantee. The guarantee does not include coverage for personal belongings that have been stored in Alder Ranch Saddle Bags or other incidental or consequential losses.

Where are your products manufactured?

They are all manufactured in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

What type of material are the saddle bags made from?

All our saddle bags are made of heavy duty denier nylon.

Will the Ultimate Saddle Bag System secure to an English saddle?

With some ingenuity it probably will, however, The Ultimate Saddle Bag System is specifically designed to fit on a Western saddle.

How long will it take to receive an order?

You should expect 4-6 weeks to receive your order. If we have your order already in stock, you will receive it a lot quicker, however, if your order has to go into production, then 4-6 weeks is a normal waiting period.

Is the nylon waterproof?

Yes.

Is it difficult to mount your horse with the Ultimate Saddle Bag System?

There is no question that the Ultimate Saddle Bag System is quite large and spacious, particularly when the Rancherís Top Pack is secured behind the saddle seat. Getting a leg over when mounting your horse in the normal manner is harder as you either have to swing your leg higher over the System or tuck it up over the center of the seat. It is simply something you have to get used to like anything else.

Will the Ranger's Horn Bags secure to an ATV or snowmobile?

Yes it will secure perfectly to the gas tanks on both! All you have to do is unscrew the gas cap, spread the center section around the opening of the gas tank and place the gas cap back on.

Whatís the difference between the Basic model and the Deluxe model?

The Deluxe model has a closed-cell foam insulation and a thin black lining on the inside of the bags. The Basic model does not.
